  • Pheasant Branch Conservancy
    Owned and operated by Dane County and located in the heart of Middleton, the diverse topography of this 160-acre site provides a panoramic view of the Capitol Building, the downtown Madison skyline, and Lake Mendota. This area is located approximately one and one-half miles north of Century Avenue (County Highway M) on Pheasant Branch Road.
  • Pope Farm Conservancy
    The 105 acre Pope Farm Conservancy, adjacent to the Blackhawk Neighborhood, is just a short drive (or walk!) from the neighborhood where you can enjoy an extensive trail system through scenic landscapes that include prairies and farmland year-round. The conservancy is owned and operated by the Town of Middleton.

City of Madison

  • Odana Hills Golf Course
    This popular west side 18-hole regulation golf course is a test to golfers of all abilities and levels. The par-72 course is one of the most popular in the state and hosts several city tournaments each year. The scenic landscape and convenient location off of the Beltline Highway challenges golfers from throughout the Midwest. Odana Hills Golf Course is owned and operated by the City of Madison.
  • Pleasant View Golf Course
    Owned and operated by the City of Middleton, the Pleasant View Golf Course features 27 holes (Woods, Prairie and Lake) of regulation golf, a par-three course, and a practice facility which includes a putting/chipping green, practice bunker and range with great views of the Capitol, which some make as a nice target when honing in their swing.
